For team manager, team leaders and supervisors who want to grow in their position. Combine learning and work through this flexible training during an educational year within your own working environment with a recognized MBO 4 middle management diploma as a reward.

This OVO (third learning path) training is for anyone who works as a team manager within a customer contact environment or who wants to take this step. You can follow this training alongside your work. At the intersection of operational and strategic management, team leaders and supervisors are responsible for the performance of their team(s). They must show leadership, be able to make quick decisions, understand processes and have insight into technology.
