Program Description

With Canada’s aging population and growing needs in health care, nurses are more in-demand than ever. Fast track your career in nursing by using your previous university studies toward admittance to this program offered by Humber College. Our combination of theoretical and hands-on learning focuses on the various roles nurses can have in provincial, national and international placements in community/public health, primary health care or acute-care settings, and provides clinical experience necessary to successfully pursue employment in these environments.

Humber is the only English speaking college in Ontario with access to an on-campus cadaver lab for nursing students. Combine that with small class sizes, simulation labs, bioscience and anatomy labs, and clinical work placement opportunities - Humber students have the competitive edge. This program is not available to international applicants.
