The Computer Science program at Penn State Abington prepares students for dynamic careers in a rapidly expanding field by providing a solid background in the theoretical and practical skills needed in today’s workplace.

Students complete foundational courses in programming, computer architecture, computer organization, and discrete math. Following that, they receive comprehensive training in data structures, algorithm design and analysis, systems programming, programming languages, operating systems, and software engineering and design.
