The International MBA of Rome Business School is an intensive one-year program worth 60 ECTS, designed for international leaders who want to drive change, transform companies and people, develop a growth-oriented mindset, and have a radical impact in the business world. This MBA represents the ultimate managerial training path, designed to prepare participants for responsible roles within companies and institutions. Through an interactive and practical learning method, it provides essential skills for business management, developing managerial, leadership, and analytical abilities, strengthening teamwork in multicultural settings and the concrete application of knowledge. The program offers a comprehensive view of business management, analyzing the functioning of organizations and their operational model, with the aim of maximizing the professional impact of students. The methodology includes an immersive practical experience with activities such as: Business Practice, company visits, Leadership Program, mentoring sessions with CEOs, and individual coaching to develop maximum potential. Experiential learning is at the heart of the program, thanks to a business simulation game in which students test theories and strategies, broadening their mindset and refining decision-making and problem-solving skills. After the practical experience, the path can be customized by choosing a specialization in Big Data, AI & Automation, Marketing or Finance, to further refine their skills. The International MBA is strongly focused on employability, thanks to a program developed with the contribution of over 130 CEOs and managers from the Corporate Advisory Board, including Jaguar Land Rover, HMD Global, Altromercato, Odgers Berndtson, Opinno, Essity, Ferrarelle. Additionally, it offers a global experience with 12 international bootcamps in strategic destinations such as Silicon Valley, Paris, London, China, Barcelona, Rome, Tuscany, Grand Tour of Italy, Doha, Lagos, Dublin, and Porto, in collaboration with partner business schools of Rome Business School. Included in the enrollment fee, the international bootcamp with Babson College offers an exclusive educational experience in innovation and entrepreneurship.
