The master's degree in business communication and human resource policy integrates the study of corporate communication strategies with the practices and policies of human resource management. Students explore disciplines such as internal and external corporate communication, corporate branding, digital media management, organizational psychology, recruitment and selection of personnel, training and development of human resources, and management of industrial relations. The program also includes the analysis of organizational processes and communication strategy to influence corporate culture and improve organizational performance.
